Abstract
Diversity creates strength, as any school admissions officer will tell you, but only when there is a common bond behind that diversity. That diversity among people has come to mean race and religion; however, it can mean so much more. I recently attended my 35th college reunion. My friends had been from different countries and studied different subjects. Thirty‐five years later, we still come from different locations and work in different fields, but we have the common connection of our 4 years of university life, no matter what we experienced before or after.
