Abstract

Emerging developments and innovations of digital healthcare technologies, also known as digital 18 transformation, have the potential to drastically enhance current healthcare operations. Amongst the 19 advanced technologies, artificial intelligence, particularly computational intelligence has been proven 20 successful as one of the technology trends that contribute to the digital transformation of the 21 healthcare and medical industry. For example, Zhang In conclusion, this Research Topic mainly focused on computational intelligence in personalized 1 medicine, some representative works were achieved by making use of classic computational 2 intelligence technologies directly, and some other representative works are based on newly proposed 3 computational intelligence algorithms.
