Abstract
What a timely study querying residency training programs about the availability of “wellness” programs for trainees completed in the throes of a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic. Congratulations to the authors! I was heartened to see that the majority of Program Directors responding to the survey had “wellness” programs available to the trainees. However, the response rate of 40% does introduce a significant selection bias. As a result the true percentage of programs with some type of “wellness” program can't be better determined.
