Abstract
It has been 10 years since the adoption of robotic technology for urologic surgery. The initial published reports consisted of case reports and uncontrolled case series. Now that it has been demonstrated that robotic surgery can be a valuable tool in pediatric reconstructive surgery, it is time for well-designed studies to look at outcomes. The study by Noh et al provides an excellent analysis of a single institution's experience using robotic technology for pediatric urologic surgery.
