Our analyses are likely underpowered to detect a change in preoperative vs postoperative Sexual Health Inventory for Men (SHIM) and Male Sexual Health Questionnaire Ejaculatory Domain (MSHQ-EjD) scores, given the small sample size and limited questionnaire completion. However, our results do add to the current literature to help guide reconstructive urologists when counseling patients considering staged penile urethroplasty. Importantly, a significant percentage of patients reported a change in penile curvature, length, and/or sensitivity on our nonvalidated posturethoplasty questionnaire. Full-Text PDF
