BOCKMAN (M.A., Univ. of Arizona, M.A.T., Indiana Univ.) is Coordinator of Foreign Language Instruction, Tucson (Arizona) Public Schools. He has taught Latin, Russian, and German on the high school level and taught methodology at the Univ. of Illinois EPDA Russian Teachers' Institute, 1969. He has attended NDEA Institutes in the United States and the Soviet Union, and was a participant at the NDEA Foreign Language Leadership Institute at Central Washington State College. He has published many articles in the Arizona Foreign Language Teachers' Forum and will serve as Consultant to the Editorial Board for Vol. 3 of the Britannica Review of Foreign Language Education. GOUGHER (A.B.D., Univ. of Pennsylvania) is Associate Professor of German at West Chester (Pa.) State College. He has taught German at the high school and college level, has attended NDEA Institutes in the United States and Germany, and has studied at the Goethe Institut in Munich. His work in individualization has been recognized by citations from the AATG and public and private school boards.
