Abstract
In this retrospective review, the authors report their experience with penile modeling for residual curvature during penile prosthesis implantation. Though not an original scientific contribution in its own right, personal physician experience combines several previously reported but separate techniques. The authors report an “optimal” technique, the novelty of which is the incorporation of manual glans compression at the time of implant in combination with increasing the number of modeling cycles as necessary to “re-model” the curvature.
