Abstract

Although no one has the data, I believe that the tubularized incised plate repair is now the most commonly used hypospadias procedure worldwide for children with middle to distal shaft hypospadias. This report comes from a large clinic with considerable experience in the care of boys with hypospadias. The authors are well qualified to assess their experience and to report on the modifications they have found helpful in refining their technique.
