Abstract

The authors have taken on a controversial topic in the management of couple infertility that has plagued this area of medical care for many years. Their approach is a new attempt to get at the problem and assess the latest data. It is not surprising that the male partner of an infertile couple is often not referred to a reproductive urologist. This has changed little over the past 40 + years as treatment options for male reproductive medicine and surgery have grown.
