Abstract

The articles in this issue reflect the cross-cutting interests of two of the consulting editors to Soviet Psychology, Lloyd Strickland, Carleton University, Ottowa, Ontario, Canada, and James Wertsch, Clark College, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. Not coincidentally, the themes of interest to Strickland and Wertsch are significant parts of contemporary Soviet psychological thought and, as such, ought to prove interesting to our readers as well.
