Abstract

Adrenal rest tumour is an ectopic collection of adrenocortical cells in an extra-adrenal site, more frequently reported in kidney, retroperitoneum, para-testicular region, spermatic cord and broad ligament, and very rarely occurring in the liver. Hepatic adrenal rest tumour poses a diagnostic challenge in differentiating it from hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic deposits. We discuss a case of a 75-year-old female, known case of gastric cancer, who presented with liver lesion on staging CT scan.
