Abstract

Dear Sir, Ectopic spleen is rare clinical condition with an incidence of less than 0.5%.1 Patients may have subacute to chronic abdominal complaints. In the course of Crohn's disease (CD), patients with palpable abdominal mass should evaluate to exclude abdominal abscesses and malignancies. Herein, we report a patient with CD presented with abdominal mass due to ectopic spleen. A 27-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with complaints of fatigue, abdominal pain and watery diarrhea occurring four to six times per day for three months.
