Abstract

Abstract Pseudomonas aeruginosa septicemia is rare in healthy infants and children. Ecthyma gangrenosum is a known cutaneous manifestation of Pseudomonas septicemia. Delay in recognition and treatment can lead to an unfavourable outcome. No underlying predisposing cause was found in our patient.
