Abstract

The article discusses the system of work with youth in five million-plus cities: Rostov-on-Don, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnoyarsk, and Novosibirsk. The analysis is based on four main criteria: the structure of the youth work body, the amount of funding, performance indicators, and channels for informing young people. The conducted research makes it possible to identify trends and main approaches to the implementation of youth policy in large cities of Russia.
