Abstract

In article theoretical and methodological aspects of service economy are opened. Key provisions of industrial economy are proved. The comparative characteristic of industrial and service economies is provided. Distinctive feature of service economy object of service is revealed. It is offered to distinguish two groups of services in character them to consumption: the services rendered to legal entities or production consumption of services; the services rendered to natural persons or final consumption of services. This division locates general provisions of the economic theory and the theory of interindustry balance. Situation according to which in service economy key position is held by the services rendered to legal entities to the enterprises locates. Such services provide processes of merchandising in the wholesale market. Classification of services of the wholesale market by a wide range of signs is given. The presented typology covers services of the wholesale market legal entities. The special attention is paid to logistic services. Point according to which all deliveries have to be followed by a complex of services is made. All services of the wholesale market are optimum across Pareto. It is reasoned that in service economy outsourcing prevails. It is proved that the defining sign of service is their voluntariness. It allows adhering to the rule when the supplier offers the consumer at least in the form of a set of services and the consumer himself chooses for himself necessary services depending on the production and commercial activity. Thus the services rendered to legal entities, first of all, to producers are a component of their technological processes. It is offered to consider service activity in the wholesale market as the defining factor of a steady condition of all economy.
