Economics of Knowledge: Perspectives of the Different Regions of the World and Opportunities of Benchmarking

Abstract

We have been coming to be flooded recently with the new term: economics of knowledge. This dissertation has as objective to approach the theme Economics of Knowledge. Perspectives of the different regions of the World and Opportunities of Benchmarking. This dissertation tries to refer the state of economics of knowledge in the different areas of the World, he/she makes a reference to the demographic problems of the European Union (EU)m in the new was of the information, as well as the differences social, cultural, and racial existent among the countries of the World, without forget the subject of the immigration and of the entrepreneurship, and of the existent differences between the politics of immigration of EU and of the USA, and it also approach the relationship between knowledge management and benchmarking, also referring subjects as the protection of the intellectual property in the several countries and the existent differences among the countries at level of the knowledge management. We concluded that the regional blocks are divergent in economics of knowledge, their members states are divergent in economics of knowledge, the models of immigration of EU and of the USA are divergent in the economics of knowledge. The politics of immigration of the USA is better than of EU in economics of knowledge. The rich and poor countries should develop politics of cooperation in the area of knowledge, and the poor countries should stimulate the business spirit and to promote the access to the Internet.
