Abstract

The profound socioeconomic and political crisis the country is experiencing embraces all spheres of its social life. The crisis of economic theory has also increased in magnitude and in depth. The conception of the superiority of the Soviet social system upon which it was based has diverged more and more strikingly from the concrete historical experience both of our country and of the world community in general. The radical rethinking of economic theory and the formulation of its new paradigm have been placed on the agenda.
