Economic problems of the impact of urban HCS on the environment of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The problems of the effective functioning of the infrastructure of urban Housing andcommunal services (hereinafter referred to as HCS) of Kazakhstan are one of the priority areasin the framework of the social and economic policy implementation of the state in the contextof sustainable development. Improving the infrastructure of the urban HCS requires the use ofnew economic mechanisms and attractiveness of housing and public utilities for investors in theworsening environmental conditions of the regions caused by the climate change due to the globalwarming, industrial interference of industrial enterprises, including housing and communalservices.The article presents the research of economists in the formation and development of economicmechanism in ensuring environmental safety and the development of HCS is studying theenvironmental impact of HCS and identifying areas for improving the economic and environmentalsafety of housing and communal services.
