Abstract

Virtual power plant (VPP) can effectively alleviate the impact of distributed generator (DG) grid connection on the stable operation of power grid, and improve the level of grid connection consumption of distributed energy. Firstly, under the aggregation of power system joint dispatching center, different forms of distributed generation are equivalent to a virtual whole to participate in the unified dispatching of power system. Then, the generation cost of each DG in VPP considering environmental benefits is analyzed, and the optimal scheduling model of virtual power plant with environmental benefits is established. The optimization model is optimized by the improved pigeon group algorithm. In this paper, an improved IEEE-33 bus system is taken as an example for simulation analysis. The results show that the proposed model can provide decision support for decision-making to formulate optimal VPP scheduling strategy.
