Abstract

the relevance of the research topic is due to the low share of the introduction of scientific and technical products (hereinafter, NTP) in agricultural production. One of the reasons for this is the low demand for these products from agricultural producers, as well as insufficient funding for scientific and innovative activities. It should be noted that this problem is relevant for all countries of the Eurasian economic Union (hereinafter EAEU, Union). In our opinion, to stimulate the acquisition and use of scientific and technical products by economic entities of the EAEU member States, the economic mechanism of the market of scientific and technical products needs to be improved. Thus, the purpose of this study is to justify the need to improve the economic mechanism of the NTP market in agriculture in the interests of the EAEU member States, to increase the availability of advanced scientific achievements for the vast majority of agricultural producers of the Union, regardless of their size and organizational and legal forms of management. As well as the rationale for the development of a mechanism to stimulate demand for NTP, including through state support, to ensure the competitiveness of economic entities both in domestic and international markets of agricultural raw materials and agricultural products. The main results of the study is the author's generalization of the views of leading domestic scientists on the formation, development and effective functioning of the market of scientific and technical products in the field of agriculture. The results of the study: given the definition of the economic mechanism of functioning of the market of scientific and technical progress; presents the diagram showing the main elements of the economic mechanism of functioning of the market of NTP in the EAEU, as well as suggestions for its improvement.
