Abstract

Amelioration of the economic efficiency of yield production depends considerably on the strict observance of the economic regime and diminution of the non-productive expenses. To decide all these tasks in the agricultural farm, it is necessary systematically to analyze all the production expenses, the price cost decrease of the yield production and increase of labour productivity. During 2005-2007 at the “Codru-ST” Ltd. for four apple tree varieties (Idared, Golden Reinders, Jonagold Decosta and Campion), largely cultivated in UE, it was established the economic production efficiency of apples. As a result of the investigations made, it came out the conclusion that the economic efficiency differ for each variety taken apart. The biggest influence on the economic efficiency is that of the fruit yield. The average yield per 1 ha influences directly on the income obtained from sales. Thus, for the variety Golden Reinders, in the case when the average yield for 2005-2007 was 22,69 t/ha, the income from sales registered the highest values and constituted 117,98 thousand lei/ha. Further on, comes the variety Jonagold Decosta – 107,2 thousand lei/ha, Campion – 102,80 thousand lei/ha and the lowest income for sales registered the variety Idared – 97, 55 thousand lei/ha. The fruit yield influences also on the cost of 1 kg of production. The lowest cost of production registered the variety Golden Reinders – 1,74 lei/kg, due to the fact that the production per hectare is bigger in comparison with other varieties. At the varieties Jonagold Decosta, Campion and Idared the cost of production increased and constituted 1,81; 1,84 and 1,87 lei/kg. All these data influence directly proportional to the profit and finally to the level of production profitableness. Thus, the highest profit per 1 kg of apples registered the variety Golden Reinders – 3,46 lei/kg and the lowest – Idared – 3,30 lei/kg. The previous exposed nature of the scientific law is available also in the case of the level of the production profitableness, where the highest values were registered by Golden Reinders – 198,9 % and the lowest – Idared – 176,5 %. As a conclusion, it must be paid attention to the fact that the yield has the greatest contribution when determining the economic efficiency. For that it is necessary that in the case of foundation of new plantations, to pay attention to the productive potential of the varieties that are to be planted. It must be practiced the varieties with high, stable and very qualitative profitableness in order to obtain competitive fruits on the local and foreign markets.
