Abstract

In order to improve the flexibility of the Island Integrated Energy System (IIES) and reduce operating costs, the Cooling Thermal and Electric three-load Demand Response (DR) are introduced into the IIES. Under the constraints of the output of each unit, this paper establishes a comprehensive energy economic dispatch model with the lowest total operating cost of the system as the objective function, and a Ranking Group Learning Optimization (RGSO) is proposed to optimize the output of each unit. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm, simulation experiments are carried out on the typical operating scenarios of the IIES in summer and winter, and the results are compared with those of the other five optimization algorithms. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has a good global convergence performance, and the computational cost is lower than the other five optimization algorithms.
