Abstract

AbstractSulige gas field is a typical sandstone lithological gas reservoir with characteristics of low pressure, low permeability and low abundance. The internal structure of the gas reservoir sand body is complex, the gas layer is thin and scattered, and it has strong heterogeneity. Adhering to relying on scientific and technological innovation, innovative mechanisms, simplified exploitation and low-cost development, Sulige gas field has achieved effective development on a large scale. With the gradual transformation of development methods, the clus-ter well groups development technology has been applied on a large scale in the Sulige gas field. With the gradual change of development mode, cluster wells development technology has been widely used in Sulige gas field. How to further highlight the cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures, continuously expand the application range of cluster well groups, and choose the appropriate cluster well group deployment development mode is one of the key issues at present. On the basis of geological knowledge, the economic and technical indicators of land acquisition, pre-drilling engineering, drilling engineering, and surface engineering were demonstrated respectively, and the optimal number of wells in a cluster well group was evaluated by static method. The results show that the average single well cost increases significantly when the deployment design of the cluster well group exceeds 9 wells, so the optimal cluster deployment should not exceed 9 wells. The economic benefit of multi-well types cluster wells is evaluated by dynamic method. The results show that multi-well types cluster wells can effectively improve oil recovery, so it has better economic benefit relatively.
