Abstract

The supply of entertainment goods and services (bisers) are measured through a numeraire constructed, called the entertainment index (IDD). Using Principal Component Analysis and correlation, the hypothesis that bisers are offered more in cities with a higher degree of urbanization and with a greater number of inhabitants is confirmed. The cities with the highest productive activity (GDP) offer more bisers, regardless of the territorial extension they occupy or the altitude at which they are located. Likewise, the cities with the highest GDP are conditioned by their degree of urbanization.
