E-commerce Supplier Evaluation Model Based on Particle Swarm Optimization Neural Network and Its Application

Abstract

Supply chain management has become a research hotspot. Choosing the right supplier is the key to the success of supply chain construction. Supplier evaluation is an important part of the selection process. This paper compares various methods of supplier evaluation. Based on the research of BP neural network algorithm, aiming at the limitation of its slow training speed and easy to fall into local minimum, this paper proposes a particle swarm optimization BP neural network evaluation model. Through the example of MATLAB simulation, compared with the traditional BP network model, it is concluded that the particle swarm optimization neural network is more effective in supplier evaluation.
