Abstract
This article deals with the problem of the influence of motor oils of agricultural tractors used in agro-industrial complexes on the environment and the results of experimental and operational tests of the introduction of tribomechanical stabilizers into motor oils of a gas engine based on a diesel engine. Prospects for the continuous introduction of additives into the lubrication system. When a diesel engine is running, up to 75% of the additives work out in 10 hours, within 80 hours. The alkalinity of the oil decreases from 3 to 1,4 Mg KOH/g. When switching to a new lubrication mode, the wear of parts of the engine piston group is reduced by 20-25% and the service life of the coarse oil filter elements is increased by 30-40%, deposits of carbon deposits and varnish on the engine pistons are reduced by 30 %. It was revealed that the studied oil characteristic - base number with continuous input of tribomechanical stabilizers has a value 1.5 times higher compared to samples of oils used in the absence of continuous input of tribomechanical stabilizers.
