Abstract
Samples of Pinus sibirica Du Tour ectomycorrhizas (ecm), the correlations of ecm-tips morph-anatomical indicators and host tree growth parameters, biotic and abiotic factors were analysed. The correlation between the numbers of ectomycorrhizal morphotypes per sample and the vegetation period was shown. High occurrence of contact exploration type in the most disturbed biotope was indicated. A positive relationship between the radius of the tree root and the thickness of the fungal mantle was recorded.
