Abstract
Herein, a novel and eco-friendly synthesis of electrochemical sensor for simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and acetaminophen (AC) based on silver-magnetic nanocomposite supported on nanocellulose modified glassy carbon electrode (Ag-Fe3O4/NC/GCE). The synthesized nanomaterials have been characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX). Important parameters such as scan rate and pH effects were studied to achieve the ideal conditions. The linearity ranges and the detection limits of DA and AC were 0.01–10.0 μM, 0.05–15.0 μM, 6.0 and 8.0 nM, respectively. The developed sensor was applied to real samples for the simultaneous determination of DA and AC.
