Abstract
The article analyzes the environmental directions of the annual message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly, as well as the ways of implementing the «Strategy for the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and ensuring national security for the period until 2020», and «Roadmap for eliminating environmental damage caused by the Ministry of Defense of Russia in the Arctic zone”, where great attention is paid to the issues of the internal ecological state of the country, as well as the implementation of national alternative environmental projects.
