Abstract
Left ventricular angiographic study has been the standard method for the diagnosis of an aneurysm of the membranous interventricular septum. There are prior publications dealing with the M-mode echocardiographic findings in this defect.1-3 The two-dimensional features have also been published previously in a few cases.4-6
