AbstractWealth Management (MIC: SIC: 6282 NAIC: 523930)Eaton Vance is primarily engaged in the business of providing investment advisory and distribution services to mutual funds and other investment funds as well as investment management and counseling services to individual high‐net‐worth investors, family offices and institutional clients. Co.'s income investment products consists of an expanded duration and credit quality range, including both taxable and tax‐free investments. Co.'s equity products provide a spectrum of investment objectives, risk profiles, income levels and geographic representation. As of Oct 31 2007, Co.'s total assets were $966.8 million and assets under management amounted to $161.7 billion.
