Abstract
Although Closed Loop Stimulation (CLS) pacemakers (PM) significantly decrease syncope burden in patients with asystolic vasovagal syncope (VVS), occasional recurrence of syncope has been observed in those with a positive head-up tilt (HUT). Since the reason for this discrepancy is still unclear, we searched for other predictors of syncope recurrence that may be confounding factors.
