Abstract

The R.‐R. Small Engine Division is developing a new 900 s.h.p. turboshaft engine, the Rolls‐Royce 360, to power the Westland WG.13 utility helicopter. It is a light, compact engine of high performance. Full advantage has been taken in its design of the company's experience to produce a robust engine which can be handled and maintained easily under service conditions.
