Abstract
Two Earthquake shocks caused some slight damage at Jativa, in Valencia, Spain, on May 23. No casualties are reported. Slight earthquake shocks are fairly frequent in southern Spain, which is part of the seismic zone stretching from the Atlantic Ocean at least to Turkey through the Mediterranean.
