Abstract

Objective: The standard treatment for early-stage high-risk endometrial cancer is whole-pelvis radiation. Although whole-pelvis radiation reduces recurrences by reducing pelvic failures, it does not improve survival. In this study, we report our experience of treating early-stage high-risk endometrial cancer with vaginal brachytherapy (VB) and chemotherapy and compare the results with those of GOG-99.
