Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the method of early warning for the construction land in villages and towns and establish an early warning system based on Fuzzy Extension Matter Element Model, by taking high-resolution remote sensing images as data sources, land use benefits indicators, shape indicators, ecology indicators and suitability indicators of construction land as early warning factors. We take Deqing county as research regions, aerial images obtaind in 2010 and GF-2 satellite images of Deqing County obtain in 2015 were used as the basic data for prediction and early warning. The result shows that the serious warning area concentrated in the western region of Deqing County. It is concluded that this study provided an efficient early warning method, which can obtain high-precision land use data and accomplish rapid early warning of construction land in village and towns, ensure the rational planning of land use.
