Abstract
Early changes in the parameters of central hemodynamics and pulmonary extravascular fluid were studied in patients who had sustained a severe concomitant injury in combination with acute massive blood loss. Early postoperative monitoring of these parameters by a «Pulsion Picco Plus» invasive monitoring apparatus was ascertained to verify the early stages on non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema, to assess a risk for acute lung lesion and acute respiratory distress syndrome in the phase of reperfusion lesions, and to perform an adequate correction of therapy.

Изучены ранние изменения параметров центральной гемодинамики и внесосудистой жидкости легких у больных, пе ренесших тяжелую сочетанную травму в сочетании с острой массивной кровопотерей. Тяжелая сочетанная травма в сочетании с ос трой массивной кровопотерей является одной из главных причин возникновения острого повреж дения легких (ОПЛ) и острого респираторного дистресс синдрома (ОРДС) [1,2,3,4,5,6]. Однако в литературе отсутствует подробное описание механизмов развития ОПЛ в первые сутки после тяжелой сочетанной травмы и острой массивной кровопотери, что послужило основа нием для изучения параметров центральной дина мики, газообмена и содержания внесосудистой во ОБЩАЯ РЕАНИМАТОЛОГИЯ, 2005, I; 6.
