Abstract
Quality of Service (QoS) management is critical for a service grid. We incorporate QoS management into Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) and provide a high-level middleware to build complex applications with QoS guarantees. We address network QoS issue by two aspects: intra-domain network QoS and inter-domain network QoS. We incorporate the real-time job-scheduling scheme into the service grid as an example of real-time grid services.
