Abstract

Scottish 2010 guidelines for JIA-associated and idiopathic paediatric uveitis recommended disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARD) if there was initial posterior involvement or lack of uveitis control at 4 month review. We sought to examine which patients went on to require DMARDs and whether this was associated with posterior disease at presentation.
