Abstract

Reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) has become a reliable treatment for patients suffering from chronic rotator cuff deficiency and glenohumeral DJD. However, a small percentage of patients experience instability after RTSA. This retrospective study characterizes the risk factors associated with early RTSA instability, the treatment of the instability and ultimate fate of the implant.
