Abstract

Congenital malformations (CМ) occupy one of the first places both in the structure of childhood morbidity and disability, and in perinatal and early infant mortality. According to WHO, approximately 1 in 33 newborns have malformations, that is, approximately 3.2 million children annually have some form of disability due to malformations. In this study, an analysis of the occurrence of СМ in the Clinical Perinatal Center of the Saratov region, an analysis of the prenatal diagnosis of СМ, as well as methods of prevention was carried out.
