Abstract
Young professionals always played an active and important role in fostering their profession, and the Medical Physics community is no exception. Thus, the young medical physicists (MP) of today will be the medical physics professionals, experts, and leaders of tomorrow. As probably expected, among the 9000 European MPs that are members of EFOMP, early career physicists represent a significant sub-group which continuously needs to be nurtured and motivated.
