Abstract
Objectives: Hypoplastic left heart (HLH) encloses a wide spectrum of severe left heart/ aortic lesions. The usual strategy in neonates is either the univentricular pathway or heart transplantation (HTX). We present our new strategy with a possible biventricular correction for these patients.
