Abstract

A 72-year-old woman with a history of melanoma presented to the Family Medicine Clinic for a skin lesion on her left ear. The patient first noticed the lesion a year prior, but it had not grown or changed in that time. While there was no purulence, bleeding, or pruritus, the patient did note that it was uncomfortable to sleep on the affected side. Exam revealed a 7-mm nonulcerated pink nodule with mild surrounding erythema on the antihelix of the left ear.What’s your diagnosis?
