Abstract
In thermoacoustic devices based on the Stirling cycle, regenerators comprising stacked stainless wire meshes are usually adopted as an energy conversion component. In general, the thermoacoustic effects of the regenerator having a complex flow path are known to have amplitude dependence. In this report, we measured the parameters that govern the acoustic power dissipation and heat flow in the area of small pressure oscillation using stacked wire meshes regenerators. As a result, it was shown to obey a universal curve specified by dimensionless parameter ωτn
