Abstract

In light of the change and technological development, the process of learning and education is witnessing major changes in all its fields. E-learning has freed the teaching and learning process from the constraints of time and space. Therefore, researchers and scholars have tended to benefit from all the technologies developed in order to employ them in the educational process, motivating the researcher to carry out her research tagged e-learning and its role in increasing the effectiveness of university teaching. The researcher adopted a tool for researching the questionnaire, which was prepared in the light of previous studies and literature and an exploratory sample consisting of (20) Individual and after identifying the paragraphs that represent the three axes that were included in the e-learning process, namely (planning and preparing for e-learning, e-learning patterns, e-learning applications) and after making sure of the truthfulness of the questionnaire and its stability and just Reach the final form, and the number of questionnaire items was (19) items distributed over the three axes, after which the tool was applied to a sample of (106) teaching and teaching staff. Statistical means: The most important statistical methods used are squared as any, Pearson correlation coefficient, weighted mean, and percentage weight. Research Results: The results showed that there are (11) items that represent realized aspects distributed among the four areas in the questionnaire (8) items that represent unfulfilled aspects according to the responses of the two teachers. Recommendations: Providing an electronic study system that equals the courses given at university levels and providing it with electronic pictures and video clips to be a reference for all teachers.
