Abstract

Leadership is one of the most important things in an organization or institution, so its success depends on how a leader moves the organization. The figure of a leader in running the organization cannot be separated from the implementation of religious teachings, and it is taught in Hinduism. The development of modern leadership styles which mostly used the technology or it is well known as e-leadership will get several challenges. The leader may behave in such abuse way, injustice, and become greedy when he does not have the Hinduism guidelines to run the organization he leads. It is therefore, the aim of this article is to provide an overview of e-leadership (modern leadership style) in Hindu leadership in the digital era. These descriptions are presented in the form of strategies used by referring to the teachings of Hinduism.
