Abstract
Our society is moving towards paperless society due to rapid development in the Information and Technology. The Legal Fraternity is also in the same race. The Library is the trinity of Books, Buildings and Readers, but in the E-Library the trinity component i.e. Buildings has been replaced by Buildings without wall. More recently, libraries are understood as extending beyond the physical walls of a building, by including material accessible by electronic means, and by providing the assistance of librarians and analyzing tremendous amounts of knowledge with a variety of digital tools.
