Abstract

Development of national markets for goods and services in modern economic conditions is segmentally determined by the expansion, diversification, and expansion of aggregator services that meet consumer demand for the delivery of goods by online pre-order. The trends of increasing the eGrocery segment in eCommerce are stable, determined by global digitalization, the formation of new customer habits, and a change in attitudes towards their health and lifestyle. The transformation of the service economy, the development of digital platforms for the delivery of food and ready meals are becoming an organic result of such changes. The article analyzes the trends in the development of e-commerce in Russia, the aggregator services market, identifies growth and deterrence factors, and identifies market leaders.
