Abstract
RNA-sequencing has identified reproducible gene expression changes in biopsy tissue from EoE patients, but the specific epithelial gene responses in EoE are not well-understood. Here, we isolated epithelial cells and used RNA-sequencing to examine the specific gene expression changes in patients with EoE.
